With many well-known brands, we want you to shop with confidence when buying online or in-store.

Please note underwear is non-returnable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ONLINE:
- 28 day return or exchange policy - Garments are to have the original garment tags attached and must only be returned if the item has been tried on for size.
- We do not offer return labels.
- Your Tax Invoice will be used as proof of purchase, this will be placed in your order with your garments. Turn the invoice over and you will find your returns / exchange form.
- Returns will be processed back to the original payment method, which will exclude shipping costs.
- Returns can take up to 10 business days for the amount to show in your account.
The cost of return postage back to BIG GUY is the responsibility of the customer. If you have opted for an exchange, there could be an additional postage payment to be made. Our team will be in contact via email or phone to advise we have received your return / exchange items back.
- Garments that don't meet expectations may be refused. No deceased estates (the intended wearer)
MY ORDER IS WRONG:
Mistakes unfortunately can be made. If there's an error in your order from Kingsize or the goods are damaged (though this is rare), we'll cover the cost of returning them. Please contact us immediately via email or phone, and our team will advise the next steps.
- We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect selection of style or size by the customer. Please note all items, will give a description of fit & measurements online, to help our customers when selecting sizes.
OVERSEAS RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Customs duties and sale taxes are non-refundable.
